Manager Josh Walker is looking for wine at 13 per cent alcohol and available in large quantities to continue making the sanitiser for South West Healthcare.
"We just have a short-term gap that needs to be filled right now and for the next 72 hours," he said.
"We have more wine coming later this week but there's only so much wine going around a the moment.
"We've had a massive response but not a lot of people have understood what we need."

The distillery needs 2000 litres of wine to fill the stills to get the production running.
Mr Walker is also looking for cost-effective wine to keep the price low for South West Healthcare.
"It could be a low-grade wine or an off-vintage, that's what we've been using so far," he said.
"We've had wine come in from all over the shop; various different wineries across Victoria have been working with us."
